The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and we agree to the limited discovery appropriate to a streamlined, cost‑effective proceeding.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any permitted court proceedings shall lie in the state and federal courts located inArizona.
